What is it?

I have a Cleveland Comp currently with the Vista Tour 65g. Stiff. I got vista to try to reduce the ball flight of the high loft. When i got fit for 10.5 degree's i was shooting on average around the 100's. Now im about a 12 handi and my strking has improved, but my ball-flight has sky-rocketed. Living IN COLORADO, i can get a good 280-300 with a ever so slight fade as my typical flight, but absolutely no roll. In fact i played today and got plenty enough backspin to get backwards roll on about 4 drives. Is there anything i can do (besides deloft at impact) or should I change lofts? I thought that a comp would reduce spin rates, apparently its not enough for me. If i change lofts would it make sense to get an 8.5 dgree loft? maybe x-stiff? whatever suggestions you have would be great . tnx.

I find the Comp to launch high BUT with a low spin. I'm looking at a back-up but in 9.5 down from 10.5. It's a great club with the right shaft. For me, it is the Accra T60.

I find the Comp to only spin the ball moderately, even with a Fuji 569. What ball are you playing? Maybe try a lower spin ball first? If that doesn't work I'd try out a 9.5° or 8.5°.

Definately a loew loft and if that dosen't work, try a 905S.

BAll type from what i've seen is a little negligible in terms of ball flight. Between a v1 and v1x, they both can rip high, just v1 has a bit more back spin and gets a few yards less distance, anyball, whether its the b330, zur, etc, dont really make a difference. Lol I bet a lower lofted Titleist is a good idea, considering the low spin they give the ball, isn't the G5 designed to provide less spin then the g2? or am i getting it the wrong way? I used a 983 E for a while before the comp so i bet i could get used to the 905S but its fairly unforgiving compared to a comp huh?
