callaway legacy black 2013

I'm always hesitant to post a club thread but I tried to search for these and haven't found much of anything. If this has already been talked about please point me in the right direction and i'll get rid of it.

 

With that being said, I'm new to the Japanese club market and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these clubs. If so, what US clubs would be comparable to the legacy blacks in relation to feel and head size, along with any other insights you could offer.

I'll be playing my set Monday, Weds, Thurs, this week so can give on course feedback at the end of the week.

I don't have any USDM clubs to compare them to size wise. They are an avg. size cavity back. Can show comparison
pics to the Stenson model if that would help or several other JDM models.

Similar to the titliest ap2s. They are a great deal right now. I don't know I'd they still have any but tsg were selling sets w dgs200 for 765. My friend bought a set and sold after month for 745. They are forgiving for what they are. I didn't care for the feel but I'm and epon guy and like it soft as a baby's bottom...

The best way to describe them is "the real deal"

Very soft. very forgiving. Much better looking in person than photo's. They
have a more rounded, softer look to them compared to the Stenson model.
Size wise they are very very similar.

Looking at the sole I thought they might not be as good off the tight, firm lie as the sole
seems a bit more rounded but there was no problem. Heavy lies they glide through very
nicely.

Excellent irons. Can't find any fault to them except i would prefer a full satin finish.

I love the 2012 Stenson Callaway irons, easy breezy to hit & fun to shoot at pins with.

I am curious about the newer model, Can you compare the 2012 vs 2013 Callaway legacy black models & which one you prefer?
