Scott Hend led the PGA Tour in driving distance at just under 319 in 2005. I don't remember seeing anyone hit the ball harder in person.

World golf rankings; he's ~130th in the world, been playing well in Asia for a number of years.

Just checked; he was second on the Asian Tour order of merit for 2013, so that gets him into a bunch of stuff.
