Branson, Mo golf

Headed to Branson for a little R&R later this week. Anyone have any course conditions for Buffalo Ridge or Payne Stewart Golf course. Any deals down there? Thanks!

I am interested as well, as I am going for a week at end of July. Looking to play courses in addition to Pointe Royale where we are staying.

Played Payne Stewart on Wednesday and it's in great shape. Greens were slippery downhill with several subtleties. Great track! Also played Ledgestone and it was wonderful as well. Much more target golf but great in its own right.

We have a morning time at Buffalo Ridge and will try to update when we're done. Curious what changes have been made since it was such a great course before.

Played Buffalo Ridge this morning and it's in great shape per the usual. They are still doing a lot of renovation work around the course but this is primarily well out of play. The clubhouse was a nice addition and the range still has one of the best views in the country. Greens were smooth but not fast and there were a few re-sodded areas around the course. Still one of the best places to play in MO and I'm sure will be World class after all the work is completed. I just hope I can afford it afterwards! Enjoy your trips, you won't be disappointed at any of the aforementioned courses.

Played Buffalo Ridge the week after the Legends of Golf. It is so good. I really like what they have done with the course. Nothing major but some cool additions.

Are there two courses at Buffalo Ridge (Springs & Valley) now? It looks like the Springs course was formerly Branson Creek Golf Club and the Valley course was formerly Murder Rock Golf Club. I'm going next week and am trying to play two rounds in Branson. Should I play both Buffalo Ridge courses or do one and then maybe Payne Stewart club?

There is only one course at Buffalo Ridge. Murders Rock is close by but is currently closed for what they are calling renovation. (Doubtful that it will reopen though). I would play both your rounds at Buffalo Ridge. Played them both a couple of weeks ago and wished I would have played BR first( won't want to go anywhere else). Wouldn't have wasted my money on PS!
