Spoke to the lady at paypal she is still processing the refunds, some of you should of recived it already, it is going in order of payment recieved. i was told also it could take up to 24 hours since each refund needs to be authorized, if there is anything i can do to make it up to you please let me know i am trying to correct this situation the right way. if you would like me to buy any of the items instead of refund i can try to do that.

if you dont want to wait till pp gives a refund, i can send you a bank check overnight and then PP can take you off the list. i appologize again so far i have confirmation, 2 ppl got refunded and the golf shaft guy's was sent today overnight for delivery tommarow.

 

and one other thing, one person DID get their item, buyer bought a headcover with UPS overnight shipping and got it next day, so i have been shipping all the items but lets forget that and move on to the refunds.

 

if you dont get your refund tonight, please PM me with your address and I will send a bank check out tommarow for saturday delivery via ups with tracking. hopefully by monday everyone should be satisfied.

i am sure paypal is working as fast as they can, like i said earlier if you cant wait i will send a bank check overnight ups. and upon receipt paypal can take you off the refund list, i would appreciate so appreciation that i am giving refunds instead of demanding them when you want them. all i can do is give paypal all the transaction ID's and authorize them to give refunds. so far 2 people got them and one person got their shaft and one got their headcover, please be patient.

every PAYPAL transaction has a little refund word near the bottom.. that is all you have to press.

because of all this mess, my account is limited, try to send me a penny and you'll see it says person cannot receive or send money. if you dont believe me, give me your address and you will have a check refund saturday. i am not making excuses just trying to make right. anyone that has dealt with PP customer service knows that at times they are slow, i have shown you all e-mails i have gotten and have kept you all up to speed.

I received my refund at 1:25 EST today as reported earlier. I would have thought that the others would have followed shortly.

 

My claim consisted of phone calls to Paypal and 4 separate emails with related information. My claim was filed on the 4th of April, which might have been sooner than the others. There is a difference between dispute and claim.

 

When PP left it in dispute, I called them to make it a claim and provided other information with regard to the other potential problems with erroneous shipping numbers. My case number was PP-270-489-608 if that helps the group reference this paypal.

 

On my claim the seller voluntarily agreed to refund the money.

 

I hope by the close of business on Friday everyone has their money back.

Guys, if any of you filed a dispute, paypal will lock his account of incoming and outgoing funds and he will have to get anything authorized, so he is not lying on that point.

I just do not understand whats the problem with staying on the phone with paypal and getting these refunds out if he still has the money in a paypal account.

Another thing if he thinks the mail carrier stole the clubs why wouldn't he have the police involved. Thousands of dollars of clubs are involved in this.

I will never see the club I just want my money back. Do we lose the % paypal charges for incoming money?

Golf season is starting, I wasted to weeks waiting for this driver, now I got to start looking again.

Just for fun, I'll take you up on this offer to see if a check materializes tomorrow. However, if you send me a check, do not remove me from the paypal refund list until I receive the check and confirm it clears.

This is turning into a circus!! If I don't recieve a check tomorrow, or I don't get a PAYPAL refund, I will continue on the course I am on. This is not a threat, it is just doing what I have to do to protect what is mine. THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH!!!!!!

can we please stop with the threats, i sent everyone a full refund with ups next day shipping and you should be receiving it soon, i hope once you get them you can end all claims against me, i dont want any trouble from this, i am trying to make right, it was never my intention to scam anyone, i just want to put this behind me and move on, i have too much going for me in life, once this matter is done, i wont be visiting this site anymore so you wont have to deal with me, i know i have made some errors in communicating and original shipping but i hope now we can move on, please dont try to hurt me anymore than i already am, it is 1:30 am and i am up because i am worried for my life, and i didnt do anything wrong, yes things happened which could point to me doing someting shady but i never tried to, a real scam would never of wrote back and fled, i may have been slow but i was doing the best i could, i had numerous term papers to write and other school related assignments, again i appoligize for any troubles but please forgive me. if there is anything else i could to help you please let me know.
