I was holding out hope that you weren't the liar and theif that the people you scammed out of thousands of dollars were claiming you were...but I now see the real you and it's unfortunate that you prey on good and trusting individuals for your own gain......I can only hope that you will be caught and held liable for what you've done......

Papal has held the funds for my transaction. All of the numbers he provided still don't display any new shipping info. As they were shipped PARCEL POST, not regular mail, they should have been delivered in 2-9 days based on location. Basically, the Aril 2nd, March 30/31st ship dates should have had their clubs by now.

 

Thats giving it 9 days including Saturday, but thats 2 -9 based on location so if you were close to him you should have had your clubs by now. I was NY to MD, they should have been here lst week.

I was going to purchase a club from this individual, but my gut told me to hold off. It just seemed a little bit fishy that a 19 year old would have that kind of inventory.

 

I'm really sorry to hear things didn't work out for you guys. I recommend filing a fraud claim with your the New York State authorities. Even if you get your money back through PayPal, this kind of thing should be dealt with legally as well.

Well...after giving this guy the benefit of the doubt, my goodwill has dwindled. He is out there and accessing the net...I filed my claim with PayPal yesterday and this morning his response was already there. It appears he is now hiding as I have sent pm's and e-mails with no response. I just completed my mail fraud claim and suggest all do the same since the site indicates it responds to cases in part based on the number of claims made.

 

Also someone on this site knows how to contact this guy beyond e-mail and pm's as far as I can tell. Either contact this guy and let him know the potential consequenses of his actions or provide me or an impartial moderator his info so this can be worked out. BTW, I am not talking about harm to him, I am talking about using any resource possible to resolve this. Feel free to pm me with any info.

 

Josh, if you do read this, as todd1100 stated I hope this is all a big mistake and you do what is necessary to be honorable and fair to those you appear to have scammed. Rest assured I will not let this go easily. The first step is to contact us, I know you are out there.

I sent mine and got a USPS delivery confirmation receipt. Mine was delivered to him, I never received mine though. He said i must have given him my address wrong. I told him the address again. He said he sent it. Still no shaft. I have tried emails and even a phone call. Now he's dropped off the face of the planet. I have his address and I think a correct phone number. What do i do to resolve this?

I am unaware of any recourse with trades. PM Todd to find out the local city he lives in and then file a police report. It looks like most have used paypal and should be able to get funds back via them if he has not withdrawn them. For others, a police report is probably your avenue.

I am waiting for the Titleist D1, but I have to give him a week more, because I'm living in Denmark.

 

I don't think he will be paying his winning offer on the caddy job on the Open 2007, but if he will, I'm looking forward to meet him, I will be in Carnoustie from July 17-22, hopefully only for enjoying god golf.

I used my credit card linked to paypal, I called up the credit card company and they had no problem crediting me back. I'll let them handle that with paypal as far as I'm concerned.

I have exchanged emails with Ewan (the golfer who auctioned off his caddy services on EBAY to Josh) and he understands the situation and has not been paid as of yet, nor does he want to deal with Josh. It appears others have contacted him also looking for Josh through EBAY's chat rooms.

 

Ewan's emails make me think he is a stand up guy, and I'll be watching for him in the Open.

 

Again, maybe this will all work out, but it seems very unlikely at this point.

yes they were sent out, really , i assume the mail carrier saw a bunch of golf club boxes and stole them when he picked them up. the only one not sent out was the superquad hot melt head becasue the buyer didnt want it after all this started, i have confirmation joseph weiner got a refund. please forgive me and try to put it behind us.

just so you all know, i wasnt using the money i got from these clubs on this, i was using it on tuition for next semester, my aunt passed away and left me inheritance. one thing has nothing to do with the other, doesnt matter casue we agreed not to complete the transaction so ill use that money to pay for the refunds. once again i am sorry this had to happen like this, but u wont have to deal with me again after this is all resolved.

i guess there are REAL scammers on this site, just got this pm from someone who NEVER ever contacted me let alone paid for anything, i have proof and transaction numbers from all items and this one isnt.
