wilson fg tours

just purchased a new set of Wilson fg tour irons for 250.00. have not hit them im a club ho too. just wondering about the over length shaft specs. are they tough to hit? do they feel good? what kind of launch do they have low, mid, high. im a 4 hdcp and play rocketbladez tour with kbs reg.wilsons have ttr300. thxs for the replies

Should be just fine and you'll find out you'll love them haha. Personally I loved the fg tour v2 more than the original. But they should be no problem to hit for you and the feel on the originals are good but not as soft as the later models. With those shafts I would say you should get a low to medium trajectory depending in your swing characteristics. Enjoy them. They are great sticks.

They are a very under rated club. The have a great feel and there is no reason you will not love them. Almost have a blade feel, but are somewhat forgiving. Not as much as your other set but much easier to work the ball. They are not "jacked up" like the taylors.

I think the other way actually. I gamed the originals for 2 seasons and didn't like the V2's at all. Shaft length for Wilson is like 1/2" over others, so check that out. I loved them and thought they were a very durable and solid performing iron (Had X100's in mine tho). Tried to rehash the glory with them and bought another set but couldn't find the same magic (tho I gave them like no time as it was another ho'ing phase). Either way, good pick up and a solid under rated iron.
