Not sure if this has been done before, but with the ever-limited selection of JDM stuff for lefties I thought it might be a good idea to start a rolling thread where we can discuss our options and what's available to us. Not really looking for discussion on whats better or worse, personal anecdotes, etc. This is purely intended to be a roundup of websites, manufacturers, model numbers, pics, etc, of all options in the JDM arena that are available in left hand format.

Just placed my order for a set of Miura LH Cavity irons. I did a fitting here about a year ago for the Recoil Proto shafts. The fitter built a Miura 6-iron for me to try with the 125 F4 shaft and I loved it. I only had enough budgeted for the shafts (put them into a set of like new 712 AP2's), but always had the irons in the back of my mind. Fast forward a year and I was ready to order them. I should have them in a few weeks. It will give me something to look forward to while the snow melts. Can't wait!

Tourstage x-blade 701's are great but have non-conforming grooves if that matters? I have a set and man they are so smooth!

Fourteen DJ-11's are pretty sweet. I got a few for my walking bag and I really like how they look!

About a year ago I decided to get fit for graphite shafts after having tennis elbow problems in both elbows over the previous two years. I wanted to try the Recoil prototypes, so I went and saw Frank Viola, who is the closest TSPX fitter. I had played Titleist CB's for years, but was looking for some more forgiveness, so I found a great deal on a demo set of 712 AP2's and brought them to Frank to find the right shaft. Frank made up a few demo irons with various shafts, but the one I kept coming back to was the Miura LH CB with the Recoil Proto 125 F4. I didn't have it in the budget last year to get the Miuras, so I went with the Recoils in the AP2's and was really pleased with the shafts, so much so that I put them in my wedges too. They have great feel and gave me exactly what was was looking for - DG S400-like results with less vibration. I always had the Miuras in the back of my mind, so this year when the budget allowed for it, I contacted Frank and ordered them. I received them this week and they are beautiful. I had him match the specs of my Titleist set, so they are two degrees upright for Miuras, with the new all-black NDMC grips and the Recoil shafts. I can't wait to get them out on the course once the snow finally melts here in the next couple of weeks.

Ok.....I just have a question. I'm lefty btw. I purchased a JDM Taylor made SLDR with a Fujikura Motore Speeder 661. My question....is the head USGA legal?

Can't find anything on it.

I just bought a set of 51/57 deg wedges on global Rakuten made by a company called Koshirae. They are forged and shafted with N.S. Pro. Modus 120 steel shafts. The lighter N.S. Pro 950 GH is also available for a little less. They are very, very nice. Excellent feel and spin control. The sole of the 51 is a pretty standard looking wedge sole. The sole of the 57 is very similar to Scor wedges. Perhaps a little wider. Bounce angles are 12 and 14 deg respectively. Perfect for all around wedge play. I have used them for a couple of rounds now and am really happy with my purchase. They are not astronomically expensive either like some JDM equipment. I paid $125 each plus $30 shipping for the pair. A very excellent price as far as I am concerned. Only the two lofts are available but if those fit your needs you won't go wrong giving these a try.
