Just got a new putter...any thoughts?

So, I just picked up the game last year after a ten year layoff, and I've been using an Odyssey White Hot XG #9. After reading this board obsessively for six months, I started getting into the idea of a traditional blade-style putter. All this talk of Cameron and Mills and Slighter, and even Redwoods and Odyssey Blacks got me interested. That, combined with the nagging feeling that the XG #9 may not be quite right for my stroke, made me decide to look for a cheap blade-putter on Ebay, just to see if if felt any better for me. I came across a brand new Taylor Made Rosse Tour 1-02 for $42, and I couldn't resist. It just arrived last night, and I'm going to be trying it out over the weekend. I played around with it on the carpet in my apartment, and the insert does seem to be a LOT harder than on the Odyssey. Obviously, I couldn't get a real good feel for distance control or any of that. Felt good in my hands, though.

 

Anybody play one or have any general thoughts on this putter?
