Did Anybody Else in Central FLA Get to Play Today

I got out this Morning with my Boys to Play a Round and the Weather was Amazing No Rain!! Cool Breeze in the 70's~80's it was the Best Round I have Played in a While the Weather was a Bonus.

 

Hopefully more People in Central FLA got out and Enjoyed the Day too.....

Had to work brother. But glad you got out there. I played in a tourney yesterday morning over in Rockledge. (at the CC) The course was SO wet - zero roll on drives. But it was good to be back out there!

We Payed Remington in Kissimmee wet in a few places and with all the Rain and that Front that came through on Sunday........

We Plugged a few Balls but the Weather was so Nice it didn't Really matter.

Yeah' we had to get out today cause the rest of the week it looks like it's gonna be Raining everyday through the weekend........Hope Not.

Did you play Turtle Creek in Rockledge Fun Course to Play my Father in Law works there....

Used to play TC all of the time. Tight course and lots of water!

But this tourney (league) we were able to get onto Rockledge Country Club. Built in 1918 - has wonderful layout. Lots of history. But the rain is really playing havoc Mike. Greens were fighting some sort of a disease and 3 fairways of 18 were soaked. Hit - plug - find - pick - clean - replace - repeat. Still golf but man I miss my roll! Lost some serious yardage yesterday.

I have played Kissimmee Oaks and Remington many times. Last summer they had an awesome deal - play both for like $30 including lunch! KO was a little rough but Remington was actually in awesome condition.

Bet you've played Hunter's Creek too BTW. Love that opening hole there! Begs for the draw to cut it short. Can be had in 2!

Hope we can tee it up sometime, Mike. Would love to meet in person. Glad you got out today even if I had to work. Let's hope some better weather awaits this coming weekend. Playing Stoneybrook West Saturday. If the weather allows.

That would be Very Cool, I know we've talked before about Playing a Round......may be this Weather will settle down a little and let the Courses Dry Out a little bit. I'll send you a pm and go from there.
