I'm pretty sure Floyd Bernhardt developed something similar with his Positive Putter.He also had a similar "Revealer" device that showed the lack of balance in motion with popular putter designs.With no torque to the grip nearly all putters rotate wildly in motion.This is why really light grip pressure is not a good idea.It's the torque provided by the hands which stabilises the face in the putting stroke.The Directed Force putter seems like a major step in the right direction.Looks may be a problem for some though.

I got one and used it for about 6 rounds; just couldn't get used to the feel. I thought about changing the grip, but I don't think that would help. If anybody is looking for one with a 70* lie angle at 34" let me know!

I ordered one Tuesday, was fit for it via video, length: 33.5". Lie: 66 degrees

Look for one being gamed at the northern trust in LA at Riviera , national PGA champion was seen or practicing with it

Had the same issue also did not liked the shape of the grip I put my favorite Super Stroke grip on it feels much better and puts fantastic.

The grip shape is definitely a change, but so were the first putter grips with a flat side, as were the first superstroke grips. I would certainly encourage you to try to stick with the grip as the forward press added really does contribute to a better roll.

I plan on sticking with it, I ended up switching to left hand low and am very comfortable putting this way with this putter/putter grip, don't know why, just am.....could be a mental thing.....

I did the online fitting, they came to the same recommendation that my putter fitting via SAM Putt Lab did.

Only played 3 rounds with it, snow on the ground today in Ohio, great putter, I love the concept, I would say I'm much more consistent inside 20 feet, but more rounds are needed to validate.

I like the forward press built into the grip,

 

Kinsler Raptor has this built in too, just not to the same degree. I really hit great putts with my Kinsler, but I am not sure if it will make/stay in the bag because it just feels unnatural right now. I think if I can get over the fact that it is different, I will actually benefit from it. I legitimately feel the roll is more pure from the start than the other putters I own/owned.
