Vector pro... little late to the party

so found a good deal on a vector pro with auto lenses. Got everything hooked up and learning it slowly but surely. Got it to take nearly every shot but currently figuring out why spin isnt working (it was earlier)

 

Im gonna grab some of those rubber tees and spray paint it black to help with the adjustment but looking for some other tips or lessons learned. Couple questions I had:

 

How tall is the calibration tee (read 3")

 

Read to calibrate it back 15.5" vice the 14" and it will pick up more balls.

 

Did you use the two dot system, the 1/8' line or just use the logo on side?

My calibration tee is 2.5". I use the base template (14" ) and haven't had a ton of issues missing shots. I've used the 2 dot, 1/8", and the logo, I find the line to be the most accurate.

 

Only lesson learned is don't wear older worn light colored jeans. I'm sure other pants as well can cause an issue but my old working around the house jeans for some reason must have a pretty high ir reflectance. So they cause a bunch of misreads.

Lol I was wondering sering that. I can see my shorts in a bunch of the pics. Well my pasty legs is a more accurate description

 

 

Do you hit off the same mat or do you use tees? I was looking at this
