Are shafts in Callaway's Optifit cart tipped?

as topic title states...are shafts in Callaway's optifit cart tipped? I tried a prolaunch in a BB2007 yesterday. It gave me great results so I ordered it. But I'm wondering if it was tipped now. Because it'd be played in a bore-through head, it'd be as if it was tipped. So I'm hoping that the shafts are tipped before Callaway puts the piece on the end of the shaft that will enable the quick installation.

It depends.

 

If the shop ordered extra shaft sleeves and installed their own shafts - then you won't know.

 

The shafts from Callaway are tipped, but my own course has added several high end shafts via their own shaft sleeves and they did NOT tip them...

 

Yes, they are having a hard time fitting players with these shafts.
