Royal Precision Rifle Constant weight Tour regular

Pro series x-16 and Royal Precision Rifle tour reg...who can help me &

I bought a set of Callaway Pro series x-16 3-Pw, On the Shafts wrote down as Royal Precision Rifle Constant weight Tour regular. So I really want to know a spec of this shafts......Weight , flex and flight and kick ,etc. Can somebody who really know about it give me answers......please

I have these too and I'm not sure what the specs are. They don't feel like regular flex. I'm curious as well.

We gotta find someone who really know about its. Anyways, I really think that it isn't regular felx ,So What does it means Tour regular ??

Sorry, I don't have any solid empirical data, but I've heard that the CW Tour Regular in X-16's play about like a 5.5 rifle. I have the CW Tour Stiff and IMHO it plays like the Rifle 6.5 which I had in a blade set a couple of years ago. However, I don't think the CW shafts are frequency matched like almost every other Rifle shaft, at best I think they're weight-sorted like Dynamic Golds.

Would love to see a response from a qualified clubbuilder or someone who's had their set freq'd.

Yup. I had a set of the Tour Stiffs in the X16PS as well. They were like boards. I emailed callaway and IIRC they are TFR and the regulars are 5.0s and the stiffs were 6.0s but with out making allowances for the bore thrus. So they did end up playing like 5.5s and 6.5s respectively in the end.

 

I would have loved to have kept them and was looking for a set of tour regulars at the time. I lucked out on a set from the LPGA that had dynalite gold r300 in them that had a perfect slope based on a 5.5 rifle scale and happened to be 2 degrees flat as well. I still keep those even though I hardly use them anymore.

interested in finding out the tipping on these.

 

TT says the parallel section on dynalite gold r300 is 13 1/2 inches so the 6 iron would be 13 1/2- 2 1/2 + 1 = 12 .hard to see 5.5 with that tipping.

 

are the first steps in sequence or are there some out of wack?given the fact that they were for the lpga you would think they would start with matched shafts but my guess would be tipped 1-2 inches more than standard to get the 5.5 flex.or with callaway standard tipping to 1 inch more and pushed thru the thru bore?
