Why I like golf WRX.....

 

It's loaded with information. That's why I joined the place initially. I had so many questions about the technical aspects of golf that it was driving me crazy to not be able to have a conversation about it all.

 

Then once I started learning about it all, I stuck around because it drove me crazy that there wasn't anybody around that I golf with that has any idea what any of this information means.

 

The great deals on clubs are fantastic, and the swapping is really cool. Many of us get to try different stuff all the time and don't have to spend a ton of money.

 

Last but not least, I've made at least one friend that I golf with and talk to regularly. Which is great because it's someone to talk to about all these things and be able to golf with, and a great guy and friend, which I assume the rest of this site is made up of.

 

You can also get hooked up with free stuff... so there's that too..

Well, I do actually enjoy the site a great deal. Have learned many things from other members and the writing staff on the technical side of clubs, club building, and components.

 

I've been able to ask questions without fear of being insulted or belittled because it may seem too rudimentary a topic, or it's been covered in 100 previous threads by others.

 

I appreciate being able to contribute to other conversations as well, and offer my experience and opinion on various issues.

 

So thanks for making the site available, and thanks for the opportunity to be involved with such a great contest!

I randomly found this site when I began playing golf. It's got everything from banter to current events to WITB.

 

WITB probably being my favorite aspect of this site so that I can keep up with what all of my favorite golfers use in comparison to me (and how far above my game they are)

 

Another fun thing they do is pictures from the practice sessions leading up to weekend events. You get to see players looking at new clubs and new grips and all the stuff promoted to them.

 

The site generally helps me enjoy golf while I'm not playing golf.

Firstly, golf is a sport which requires utmost attention to equipment being used. To stay up on competition, you simply cannot ignore the latest on cutting edge trends. WRX is bar non the source for the most cutting edge info on equipment (and also apparel).

 

You simply cannot be a golf junkie without being a nut on the latest technology and innovation coming into the market. WRX not only delivers my fix on the latest, but actually has increased my level of addiction for anything related to golf!
