Be Kind... Has anyone hit or owns Adams Blue Irons? Need Feedback

Just looking for any feedback on Adams Blue Irons from anyone who has demoed or owns some...

I've hit the hybrids and they felt decent, if average in most ways... I've hit FAR worse that cost MUCH more.

As for the irons, I haven't hit them but can't imagine they'd be bad in the category, especially for the price they're selling for (I assume you're looking at RBG or Golf Etail). They look as well built as anything in the low-end of a top-tier OEM's line would... and honestly as good as anything cast from TM in general. I'm also considering them as a gift for my brother to try to convince him to start playing again... if the $199 sets that include 4h and 5h ever pop up again, I'll probably jump on them for him.

for something that can be had in this price range, they're forgiving as all hell. but really chunky. if you're not into that SGI super thick top line, then they might not be for you. but its worthwhile to give them a hit. Dick's or Golf Galaxy (at least around here) typically has them in store still, so you can check them out there...

as a follow up, you might want to check out the Wilson D200 and C200 irons - they're in the same price range and have been pretty well received.

Both of those are 2x or 3x the current sale price of the Adams Blue, which isn't even the lowest they've been in the last 3 months. I think the 5-PW was as low as $99 while RBG had 75% off Clearance last week, and the set with 3H and 4H has been as low as $200 in the last 6 months (currently $240 at Budget Golf). Cheapest I'm seeing either D200 or C200 is $399 in 4-GW. That said, if you can find a deal I'm not seeing, there's no reason not to consider them at all.

My apologies, I misspoke. The earlier versions, the D100 and C100 can be had for ~$200.

The TEE E8's are also similarly priced, FWIW

The D100 set with hybrids is well priced at $229, but I would question the 4, 5, and 6 being hybrids... the Blue set has 3h, 4h, and 5-PW, a much more traditional makeup. That said, if someone thinks or knows the 4h/5h/6h setup will work for them, it looks like a solid value for sure.

Hurricane Golf has the D200 5-GW set for $299 now...
