Best metronome app?

Recently listened to a podcast where they were discussing the Tour Tempo strategy and use of a metronome. Just wondering if anyone had recommendations on which metronome app is user friendly and best to use. No way I'm dropping the $25 for the Tour Tempo app. Also, they mention the 3:1 ratio but what settings would you key up in metronome?
