VS Proto 80X splitting at ferrule on D2

I have recently had my D2 shaft replaced because there were cracks forming at the hosel. It appeared to be a series of hairline cracks running along the shaft approx. 2-3 inches from the ferrule. The replacement 80X that I received appeared perfect but after hitting it on the course and range for a few weeks it appears to have a crack running parallel around the ferrule. I think it will only be a matter of time before the cracks appear along the length of the shaft. The crack is on the face side of the shaft and I am wondering why this is happening. I do not hit anything other then balls with this club, no fits of rage necessary. I do swing at 115mph and try to load the shaft as much as possible.

 

Has anyone experienced this before or know why it would be happening. I have played 975jvs, 983K with fuji shafts and never had this problem.

 

The club is an absolute cannon for me but the pain involved in sending it away for repair is starting to wear on my nerves.

 

Any help would be appreciated. I called Titleist and they don't know why but will keep replacing the shaft for me.
