Few Questions

Had a great lesson today. Haven't felt like I progressed this much since my first lesson and this was my fourth. Even better, when I payed him and set up my next lesson in two weeks he said it was on him. Well, he wants me to focus on really stretching out my swing. I was really compact. Any stretches or drills to get even more stretched or more comfortable? Second, he had me for the first time focus on lower body movement. He wants me to make sure I keep my weight on my right foot on the inside so he had me put a ball under the outside to get used to it. Anything better then the ball drill he recommended? And lastly, the thing I almost always have the most problems with is taking my right hand out of it. I dominate a lot of swings with my right and hit way in front of the ball which I hate. I don't know if you have read my questions before but I have come to realize my pro is really big on just going out to the range and knowing what to do and just doing it. I always ask for drills and he always tells me what others do. He never just recommends a drill. I don't know if this is normal or not but I have never wanted to get out to the range more then I do right now and see if I can keep hitting the ball solid. The right hand really does hurt my swings a lot though. Thanks for any help guys.
