Golf Instruction Recommendation

Golf Instruction in Pittsburgh, PA

Hello Gentlemen:

Just from some past posts, I have noticed some players here from Pittsburgh.

I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to recommend a really good golf instructor in the Pittsburgh area????
I am a 15 handicapper and looking to shave about five strokes off of the game if possible.

Anyone have any good suggestions on golf teachers in the area?

What part of Pittsburgh are you from. I live in Penn Hills. I take lessons in the south hills in the Bethal Park area at Cool Springs Golf Center. but I know of more places depending on location. If your a 15 handicap then your a little lower than where I was when I started taking lessons there. I was 10 (now 13) and I was about a 18-20 and now I am a 10.

I live in the Shaler/Allison Park area of the Burgh. Sounds like the lessons have worked for you!

I would like to find something more in my area, but I am not afraid to travel a little bit if the teacher is of high quality.

 

Any good quality teacher recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

I have had a lesson from Chuck Scally Jr .. and i thought he had done a good job , he was easy to follow and very helpfull , that was about 4 years ago , i would think he is still okay ... i have also heard good things about Robert Morris centre where the indoor domed range is . but i myself have not been there ..
