Thank you for getting back to me. I ended up speaking to Jonah and then Jesse ended up getting back to me via email. They sent out a new replacement today along with a prepaid shipping label to send mine back. Thanks again for the excellent customer service. I completely understand being out of the office. The only thing I would recommend for next time is to just say on the recording that the office is closed until Wednesday. Love the product and the customer service really can’t be beat. I recommend your product to everyone that asks or is looking for a new rangefinder.

 

Posts like this make me glad I bought a PrecisionPro a few years ago. I have an NX7 as well, love it. Considering trading uo foir an NX10, but probably waiting till next summer

Good evening, I have a Precision NX7 range finder, and it just recently started to act a little funny, I can't get it to give me a reading. I thought it needed a new battery so I replaced it with a new store bought battery, but that didn't fix the problem. It just stopped working.

I had that happen to mine. Send them an email, they have OUTSTANDING customer service. They will either fix it or offer you a trade in towards a newer model.

Mine struggles also. I will try a Duracell,i think strength of battery matters.

My precision pro nx2 stopped working after only two years. It was never dropped is never been wet. It just stopped working. When I contacted precision pro. They were very good at getting back to me, but offered no resolution except for to buy another unit grant it at a 30% discount but I’m sorry I don’t have 60% of $300 to blow on another unit when the one that I have should work just fine I will never ever buy another product from this company again I’m sure there are some way better quality options out there but as far as I’m concerned, this product is very low quality it even feels low quality in your hand. Customer service is responsive, but don’t count on them to offer a solution. #precisionprogolf
