Reading up on the Fuji, how does it compare to the Po? Which is more counter balanced of the 2? Launch and spin?

The Pro Orange has a higher balance point, so is more "counterbalanced" than the Fuji. Also different bend profiles overall with the Pro Orange being a very smooth, linear, one piece type of shaft whereas the Fuji has some definite hinges in the mid with stiffness bumps in the handle and above the tip. Launch and spin will come down to individual feel for these as they are both "low spin" shafts.

Thanks.

I have played the PO70TX for a while now but have been very inconsistent with it. Find I fight a 2 way miss with it, most of those are to the left. Also found it very high launching.

Just put the Fuji pro 2.0 Ts 6x into play last night for the first time. Way more feel to it. A more lively few to it. Lower flight I find as well.

The Fuji will be going into a newly acquired g410 plus (Matt Blois txg replica)

I swing it at 120mph and the Fuji feels way better to me for some reasons even with the head weight bumped up to 200g in my M6

i hated the PO; and love the Pro 2.0 TS. i had to tip mine a considerable amount to get the flight down enough for me but other than that -- it's my gamer. works the ball both ways, flights high or low when i need it to and otherwise is just a considerably more consistent shaft for me than the PO ever was.

Finding the same thing. Lower, more penetrating flight. No really high spinning ones that get away from you

I would likely chalk up these experiences to difference in profile overall, which can be a powerful thing, especially for bigger swingers. Here are the EI profiles overlaid, the first is the Pro Orange Pro and the Fuji Pro TS 6, the second is the Orange Pro and the Fuji Pro TS 7.

I have an m3 p.o. 70tx, taylormade had a demo day in Edmonton today and had all the exotic shafts. For me the P.O. launches high Im not if its the counterbalance or what. I hit the fuji pro 2.0 tour spec 7x and first thing I noticed was it felt quite a bit heavier. Much more weight at the tip, launched much lower than the orange and spun less. To the point I had to loft up, I've never seen this flight with the orange. The fuji is too low low for me, both shafts produced 167-169 ballspeed fuji spun around 1800 10 launch, orange at 13 and 2500. Its definitely a brute of a shaft, to me it felt like the old 7.2 tour spec on steroids.

Got the Fuji into my g410 plus today. Got a few swings with it on the range.

Feels like if I put a smooth swing on it the ball just explodes off the face. The PO took more effort it felt like. Also if you didn’t go full out on the Po it felt like it spun out to the right and high for me.

We will see. Playing Thursday on a course where I can hit lots of drivers. See how it goes.

  • 2 years later...

Rising this from the dead as I’m debating giving the TS a shot over my current PO 60TX as I find the handle on the PO a bit soft.

the EI profile I’ve seen on the TS is fairly linear but some of the feedback I’ve been reading is that it has more of a kick than the PO.

Anyone who has hit both that could provide some thoughts on the one piece feel of the PO vs the TS and perhaps the PW as well

much appreciated
