Odyssey Black Series Milled Putter, legit????

Has anyone ever seen an Odyssey Black Series Milled putter with what appears to be a white hot face insert? Trying to determine if this putter is real or a fake.

Legit. I have 2 putters that are very similar to yours. I have milled black series ix #1 putters that were an Odyssey Japan release. The ix on the bottom of my putters is red. Mine are 340 grams and left hand. Similar to this ODYSSEY PUTTER GOLF CLUB BLACK SERIES IX #1 33INCHES | eBay

I am considering this putter. How does it perform for you? I’ve always been a fan of the white hot insert, but know that there are differences in feel and performance over the several different models that use the white hot insert.

Mine looks slightly different, the insert has a diamond texture pattern and logo is black...like the one in this link:

I would also be wary of the one you linked, it does not have the tiny square barcode on the tungsten (mine and many of the listings I see have this). It could be a slightly different model but it certainly isn't the same as the one I have. As for performance I moved from the original White Hot to this one because I wanted a firmer feel but not all the way to a steel putter and found it was an excellent middle-ground. It was much easier for me to get speed correct especially on slow greens.

For me the insert felt fine. Solid without being harsh. Putters are gorgeous. These putters are from the 2008/2009 time frame. It's the only Odyssey I used that had a white hot insert. I have no point of comparison for other white hot inserts Odyssey produced.

Does the shaft have a prick in it above where it goes into the neck?
