That is a sweet bag! Looks like a Peter Jacobsen, obviously custom made for the US Open.

I have the same bag from a 1995 tournament. Straps and zippers match mine.

That custom bag tag is pretty rare, I haven't seen it before.

Hard to see from the pics, does it have an apparel pocket on the bottom of the bag or just the one pocket on the front?

Two pockets, one each on the front and back.

I don't think they make a two pocket Sunday Walker so closest model to today would be the Original Walker. Easiest way to confirm is measure the diameter of the top. 8" = Original, 7" = Sunday.

I have the same bag in leather!

I contacted Mackenzie to ask if there were any upgrades available. They mentioned that they could replace the interior frame with a new carbon fiber frame for about $200-300.
