I used to watch this show when I was a kid so I had to check it out tonight. Anyone else out there watching? I read in ESPN the mag today that they've had a lot of injuries to the competitors so far. Looks like the woman in the first event got hurt already.

Watched the first hour. Not bad, but can't see it making it in prime time.

comes on in 20 minutes for me, im stoked, i remember i used to love it when i was 10, and the repeats were on, never actually saw it when it was new

to be honest i was really excited to see this... but after watching it i am extremely disappointed.. i remember watching as a kid and i just don't think that this even compares... far too much talking and far too much background information about the competitors... just a little boring if you ask me... 20 mins into the show and we had seen 1 minute and 15 seconds of actually action... kindof ridiculous if you ask me...

to be honest i don't really care for it... and i doubt it will last too long...

i was a little disappointed at this one. it seemed too done up, like they tried to hard with production.

it's early though and they're stepping back into some big shoes.

it used to be less like a scripted show, and more like a series of athletic events... i hope they get the formula right from here on out.

well said. seems VERY scripted, even down to the competitors' comments. almost like pro-wrestling.
too many camera angles. it's like watching Laguna Beach. like fake-reality TV.

I caught a bit toward the end, I wasn't liking it.

I hate doing these things to myself. I had such fond memories of AG watching it as a little kid, and now I feel like it sucked all along. This happens whenever I pop in an old Nintendo game. Try playing "Blades of Steel," you thought is was so quick and cutting edge, try it now and you can't believe you actually ever played it.

I think the biggest let down was NES Double Dribble. I thought that game was the SHIZZ.
Tried it a year or two ago, and I almost threw-up. It's terrible!
