I called the main office and told them all they need to do is require basic CAPTCHA but it's the City of LA ... all they care is that the payments are going through.

yea(thanks for making that call too), they couldn't care less so long as the tee sheets are filled.  I'm all for golf courses doing well and for golf to be growing but not through people gaming the system.  just SMH
