Ping G2 Driver Reshaft

I have 2 Ping G2 drivers(bought a spare on ebay after face cracked on mine) So I'd like to experiment

with some shafts.

I currently have a 10* w/adilia nv 65-s

swing speed -105 mph/ smooth tempo

carry - 270-275 yds

I hit my current combination well (a little high sometimes in the wind and would like some more roll)

So Im looking to get back to standard length of 45 inches, When i cut down to 45 inches

the swing weight went to D0.

I wouldnt mind going into the 71g-77g range and have tried the 8.5 loft on the G2 but lost accuracy with

that combination. So I'd like to keep 10* and lower ball flight thru shaft change.

 

Looking for specs on the G2 shafts and recomendations to a shaft that is a little heavier than NV 65

and a lower ball flight. I dont like tip stiff clubs as Im a smooth swinger and like the softer feel.

Also what should i anticipate the swing wt to be on the neavier shaft but cut down 3/4 inches

club was d2/3 at 45 3/4 inches. What shafts would be a better fit?

According to the info you provided, I can't think of a better combo than the Accuflex Evolution. It's impossible to balloon a shot with it, weighs a bit more at 72g, has a kick point that would lower the ball flight but not too much. Very cool looking shaft, too.

I play a G2 with a 757 Speeder and the traj. is great, plus it's a little heavier than the stock shafts.
