I found an ice blue Pro today on the 7th hole and played it the rest of the round. I was blown away with how well this ball performed. Long off the tee, great feel off the irons, holds its line well, stop great on greens without over spinning. Perfect feel off the putter. 

 

Liked it so much I ordered 5 dozen when I got home. Love the ice blue color as well.

 

144.00 for 5 dozen of these balls is a great deal. 

 

I played the Vice Tour for a few rounds and really liked it. As solid a ball as you can find for 18.00/dozen. But the Pro suits my game much better.

I think you are correct about it being an older model...  I believe the new model just has "PRO" in the side stamp while the older models have "VICE PRO" as these do...

I'm thinking of coming back to Vice.......had Pro Plus years before but think the Pro may be more suited to my game now. The pro plus definately cut up more back then and never liked the matt finish...hopefully they are better now. I'm 53,  Play off 5 to 6 all season, swing speed just under 100 mph and carry driver 230 yards. Just want the same ball and my big box of Snell MTB-X is only one sleeve away from being empty

I'm 56 with a 92-95 SS.  I carry 220-230 depending on strike.  If you go to the Vice website they have a ball fitting app.  I've used it and it fits me into the Vice Pro.  You can mix and match any of the "Pro" line balls to get the 5 doz. discount.  BTW, they are much more durable now.  Great ball

I just saw these at Sam’s Club. Says “2019” right on the box. For those of you who know, are these the ones with severe durability issues? I’m a ProV1 player but very much want to try the Vice Pro.

I've been playing Vice for what must be 7 or 8 years now. It's served me very well, though I do wish the coloring on the green and red balls was a bit more durable. For the cost savings, the performance of the pro plus (my preferred) is unmatchable, IMO. I've also picked up a couple of dozen of the black, gold and the shade here and there just for the novelty. 

 

On another note, I grabbed a couple of their hats during the Christmas season sales and I am very impressed with the fit and quality of the Dad Crew Cap.

I'm going to come back to Vice having read recent reviews on the quality. Going to try the Pro as my swing speed is...I think...around the 95mph mark...I carry driver around 220m (metric here !) but am looking to up that with some swing speed training. I have just bought the PRGR launch monitor so hopefully will know exactly. I'll wait until their 5+1 offer which is usually beginning of March. Have various sleeves of Pro 1's and MTBX until then. I'll change one white box out for the neon lime which should be a good contrast for the leaves/winter ball.

 

One new ball will last on average for me one round at my club. I can go a couple of rounds with the same one and then splash, splash back on the 'average train'. 

 

Hopefully the balls will serve me well. Not sure on the other stuff they sell but I did buy a Vice Pure golf glove 5 years ago which was sublime but only lasted a few rounds before it fell apart.......too much of a costly mistake to try that one again.

Just received the Vice variety pack this afternoon. It includes 10 balls; 2 each of Drive, Tour, Pro Soft, Pro and Pro Plus. All in white of course. I must say each ball looks very high end coming out of their boxes. I am particularly looking forward to testing Pro Soft and Pro once my course opens. Initially there is a similar feel off the putter while stroking putts in the house.

 100% Great ball. Went from ProV1 to Vice Pro. Slightly firmer feeling, longer with driver, and similar greenside as the ProV1.

I played the Pro Soft all through last year.  I never played a different ball.  I really like the Pro Soft but get a little better distance out of the Pro and Pro Plus.  I will try those against the Pro Soft and PXG at the beginning of the season and will stick with the choice for 2023.

 

Forgot to mention, the ONLY complaint I had with the Pro Soft was the cover durability.  Again, just a really good ball at a good price.
