Swing/ Golf coach worth it for long drive

I am debating whether or not to start seeing someone to help fix the flaws in my swing, or if I could fix them on my own. I've never had a swing coach or lessons, I've been able to play decent golf by learning on my own, but I feel now I am being held back by my swing flaws from getting any faster or more consistent. Here are the problems - my head moves alot during the swing and I dip my head alot in the downsing causing high shots with high spin, common miss is weak high fade - I cant find a comfortable hand position, I hold the club very upright which I believe may also cause high weak shots with high spin, distance from the ball comes into question with shorter clubs. These are the main problems, posture could improve, feet position/ stance could improve but I feel these are things I can fix on my own. Speedwise with driver I am sitting around 130 mph, about as fast as I feel I can swing but I dont feel my efficiency is maxed out. I do spend alot of time trying to increase speed and consistency, and I've improved minor flaws before on my own. Is it worth it ?

Are you trying to get better at golf or are you trying to train for long drive?

Absolutely worth it if you find someone who knows what they are doing.
