Goll ball rollback poll?

As it stands, I don't play tees at courses at 7200 yards like elite players.  I play at 6800 yards.  Seems to me, if they wish to rollback the golf ball, they should do it for everyone.  I would just move up a tee.  The idea of a bifurcated ball seems like a bad idea.

This is my thought as well... I don't really care if all balls get rolled back, I'll just move up a tee box if need be.

While I think this would be fine for some, I too play from the 6800ish, it’s just not an option for others. What do the people do that are already playing forward tees? The average male drives the ball just over 200 yards, they cannot afford to be giving up yardage. 
 

I think they should leave the ball alone. Pro golfers are better athletes than they’ve ever been and all equipment is better than ever. There is no need to single out the ball.

the suggested yardages based on driving distance make sense but reality is there aren’t very many courses with tees under 5000 yards. However, there are a lot of people that drive it less than 200 yards.
