Shaft lean- I need more, but how?

Hey guys, I've been trying diligently to get more forward shaft lean for about 18 months. I have probably improved by 2* at most. I have always fought early extension and flipping. I am launching a 34* 7i 18-20*. I have over 100mph clubhead speed so this translates to 35-40m (115-130ft) or higher shots. The wind rapes me. I have tried a lot of different swing thoughts to try to achieve this but I'm looking for something else to help me get there. Ideally I would love to have a 15* launch angle. My current carry for 7i is 174m (190y)

It looks like shaft lean to me but it is a swing very reliant on timing. You have a lot of early wrist set and mostly rely on timing the release of the arms and hands to meet the ball, rather than getting a sequence down that produces shaft lean. There are two ways to produce shaft lean. Yours is just a little more difficult.

 

I see decent shaft lean, but if you want to change your swing we can help. A simple recommendation would be to work on creating a wider backswing so that in order to create power and shaft lean you get your body more active. You simply have a very arms, hands, and wrists dependent swing.

2 things that help me are Hangar training aid, even just hitting chips and pitch shots this thing works wonders. 

 

Then ,what I did to get my kid compressing irons, put a tee all the way down 2" in front of the ball. Hit ball, rip tee out of the ground.
