How Long is Too Long to Wait for Communication / Shipping Info from BST?

I've bought and sold numerous things from the BST over the last few years and everything has gone swimmingly. I recently sent a PayPal (G&S) for a set of irons on 7/10. I haven't heard from the seller since. His profile shows his last account activity was on 7/11, also the last time the message was read. He doesn't have a ton of posts or involvement across the site, but is a ClubWRX member and has positive feedback all stating communication and shipping were fast. I followed up again this morning and am hopeful for a reply. I know things come up, but how long is too long to wait?

It has been too long without communication. Please name the seller here, and point them to this thread. If you do not get a response in a day or two, then file a claim with paypal. Hopefully this gets resolved for you.

If I sell something on here, communication goes a long way for me. If I'm selling, I always try and give a estimate of when I plan to make the drop off but send tracking right away. It takes a few minutes to get a label ready. Can send a message if something urgent happens and things do happen. Again... communication goes a long, long way.

I'm with you 100%. I understand things come up with work, family, whatever so I try not to pester if a tracking number isn't provided right away. Looks like I'll have to file a claim with PayPal.
