Swing Advice

Looking for advice on how to fix my early release that causes my swing to bottom out well before the ball. Would love to find a drill to help fix this issue.

Primary culprit here to me is the head drop. You drop your head massive amounts, what looks to be 8-10 inches and never get it back to where it was.

Thank you for pointing this out. Have always felt like I have too much head movement but it’s very apparent on video.

Ill add that dropping causes u to move weight i to your toes. Thats why u early extend. You need to start by working on balance. Work on some half swings and simply staying even in weight in both heels. Youll notice if u keep your chest more up and work the club more around your body, the club wont steepen and u dont have to extend so much to get to the ball. It should feel like u just turn back and turn through. You may have to do the opposite of a head/chest drop in order to stay level.
