Short 11 year old

So my boy just turned 11, but he’s short like his momma. 52” with shoes on.

What options do I need to explore for clubs? Currently using a set of Top-Flites he got for Christmas last year I think. They are all but too short for him.

I should preface by saying I’m not interested in dumping $1,200ish into irons for him at this point. He’s a racer and a ball player, golf is not the sole focus at the moment - but may in the future.

I do have an old set of Eye2’s that have been cut down at some point. Too short for me, should I just have them shafted for him? Then what about the Driver & Woods/Hybrid?

Just go buy a split set of Flynn irons. you can order them individually - 56/PW/8/6/Fwy/Driver and you are good to go. can fill clubs in as he plays more/needs it.

my 11yo plays competitively and has a full bag, but mostly plays at our club with a half set (56/PW/8/6/9w/Driver) and probably does the same. its also taught her how to hit different shots with same clubs so I think in long run maybe making her a better player...
