Hi everyone!

I've been a member here for more than 6 months and this is the first WITB i've done.

My bag at this moment is:
Cleveland Hibore XL 9.5 stiff gold
Nike SQ Sumo2 15* stock regular
TaylorMade Burner Rescue 19* stock regular
Srixon i-701 4-PW dynamic gold SL R300
Wilson Harmonzied 52* and 60*
Ping Redwood Anser

The rest of my putters are:
Scotty Cameron Newport Classic, which I plan to send to BOS or Custom Shop later on to get the face remilled and get some black oxide or gun blue done. I also wanna put an orange Iomic grip on it, its gonna look great with my forthcoming orange golf WRX cover ;) I had planned to put the Scotty Halloween cover on it but I'm still a bit reluctant to use a cover that expensive lol. All in all, its still a work in progress

Even with a three wood added you are still missing a spot. But I guess that allows you to carry two of those putters with you when you play. ;)

Any reason you dont carry a fairway wood? I just put my Burner tp 3 wood in the bag, havent had a wood in the bag for about 2 years.

well to start with i never hit a fairway wood well, and that can get me into situations worse than i was in to begin with

i also didn't find the need for it on the course either, for par 5s i just hit driver and lay it up with a hybrid, which works for me

UPDATED:

 

Added a Nike square 3 wood into the bag, thought it would be useful since i've been spraying my drives sometimes and using a 3 wood could be a safe alternative. Played one round with it and it felt good so hopefully it'll work out for me.

 

Also added a Burner 3 Hybrid. I prefer the low profile than the Rescue Dual that I had, and the lower loft would give me a better distance gap than the 4 iron. I used a few times last round and the sole just glides beautifully through the turf, so it looks like a keeper!

malvern valley and morack mostly, but i try a lot of different courses

haven't really thought about joining a club at this point

Awesome Bag, I was using the Burner hybrid for a while but I am hitting more of draw now and gave it to my dad (who hits it way better than me). I just picked up a Sonartec Md for $50 though. The burner is a very forgiving club and I am sure you will continue to love it.

i've actually sold that M1 already to fund my Rife Aussie, so this WITB is a wee bit out of date, will update soon with new putters and so forth!

yeah its a great hybrid, the sole glides very nicely along the turf. i also really dig the low profile face, which is a bit of a contentious issue for this club. i don't see it leaving the bag anytime soon!

I also have the putter addiction, but not the $$$$. I had been "sober" for 2 years, but relapse with a custom Lux (right now i'm almost stalking the mailman...the wait is killing me) I hope you got a decent amount for your M1! You don't miss it?

 

Btw which way does the water turns in your toilets?? Just kidding, one of my best mate is an aussie. We both lived in France. The lucky bast*** is back on the sunshine coast, I'm back in the cold of Canada... Can't wait to go visit him play some of your nice courses!!!

they're surprisingly good, although its not as soft feeling as some of the other wedges out there.

i'm happy with them but since im a club hoe i bought some adams tom watson wedges in gunmetal finish, they should arrive sometime next week, will be sure to update then!

lol, i got more then i paid for the M1 so i'm pretty happy with that, but i probably should've waited until Greg Norman played the Open, i bet i'd get more for it now!

 

Australia is definitely worth a visit, you can play all the nice courses down the east coast, starting from Queensland.

hello!

 

just a minor update this time;

 

Driver - switched back to the R7 425, the thing just works for me i don't know why. this time i have a sweet puma headcover on it :black eye:

Wedges - saw some cool black tom watson ones on ebay so i bought them, they work pretty well so i'm happy with them for now.

 

that's it for now, i'll have a putter thread with the 'family' once i get round to taking photos of them

according to the box they're 2008 ones but i wouldn't know :P

they're pretty good though, i'm happy with the spin that it gives me and the finish is quite durable considering its black. the only thing is that it's stainless steel, so its not the softest wedge out there, it still feels good when i'm hitting soft balls (i game the AD333), but i tried hitting a top flite that i found and that was hard lol
