Artisan Full Cavity Forgiveness?

Just booked a putter and wedge fitting for June. Coming into Fort Worth from out of state, I want to make the most of this trip and that's making me consider getting fit for a set of irons.

My question for y'all is how forgiving are the full cavity irons by Artisan?

I'm currently playing Ping i230s, and I really like the playerish look/feel with added forgiveness. These are probably the best irons I've ever played but the artisan irons look next level.

Anybody have any experience with these irons and their forgiveness level? I'm a decent iron player but definitely can't go much more of a "player's iron" than the i230 I'm in now.

In all honesty, I have absolutely no idea but I still thought I had to chime in and say that you should definitely get a set of irons. They look sweet!

I did a blended set. 4 iron is full cavity, 5 and 6 are the half cavity, and 7-PW are blades. For me I saw no real performance difference between the HC and MB, the full cavity was more forgiving than both and a little larger of a head and that’s why I got it in the 4 iron.

Gotcha! Good to know. And how are you liking the Artisan irons in general?

I have the FC in the 4&5 and HC in 6-PW. The FC is moderately more forgiving and similar to titleist CB. Despite good swing speed, the long irons don’t elevate enough for me (not the clubs fault). Love the 6-PW.

Since getting Artisan wedges, putter, and then irons I’ve not had a single inclination to try any other clubs in these categories. I know they were fit for me and built for me, just up to me now to put a good swing on them.
