Clubhead Scratches

Noticed that the QI10’s are extremely sensitive to hairline scratches. None are more than surface area. Any recommendations on how to fix or correct these?

I don't have that particular club but I've always used Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0. Has always worked well. Apply, let dry and buff with soft cloth.

Just gona throw this out there….we use golf clubs to make aggressive impact with a solid golf ball, that is stationary on turf.
I am diligent about keeping my clubs clean, but it’s what they are designed for….

Totally understand. I get new ones pretty much every year. Just trying to keep them in somewhat decent shape.

Roger that. It sucks when the clubs are new and u get that 1st scratch/mark.

If it were mine, I would likely "clay" it and then put on some car wax/polish/nano.

Good thing I have a Ping driver and don't have that problem.

Use the Scratch X to get the fine scratches out, and then wax the head with a good ceramic wax to help protect. Any scratches you can feel by running your fingernail over will not come out with Scratch X. They will require a refinish.

Thanks! I don't feel any scratches but I'll follow those instructions.

I hear ya there. I had all ping woods prior to this year, never really had an issue with the finish minus the turbulators having some of the paint wear off.
