NXT vs. NXT Tour

Which do you recommend?

of the two, NXT and NXT TOUR which do you recommend. I have a swing around 90- 95 miles per hour. I get pretty good distance. Thanks in advance.

Never played the regular NXT only the Tour. For what it's worth I compared the NXT Tour with the HX Hot and the original e6 last season. I ended up liking both the Hot and the e6 a little better than the Tour. But the tour wasn't bad by any means.

 

I liked the fact that all were durable. The Hot went further,...the e6 was nice for me on the green, and both edged out the NXT tour in all categories.

 

Both the e6 and Hot had better consistency off the tee with pretty nice trajectory [to my eye]. All 3 would hold the greens for me from any distance.

 

But - all that said - whenever I found a nice NXT Tour on the course I would keep it, if that proves anything.

For how cheap the NXT Extremes are buy a sleeve and give them a go. It's hard to tell if something is better without playing it.

THE nxt TOUR IS THE SAME BALL AS THE pro v JUST WITH A SOFTER COVER.

Neither. Although the SoLo is competitive in its price category and the ProV1 is "the ProV1," the NXT's are slightly overpriced, underperformers in their price range. TopFlite Game, Bridgestone e-series, and Srixon Trispeed are better.

Is it price that your making a final decision on, or spin? The Tour will have a little more spin than the regular NXT. The most spin is Pro V for 45.00 verse 29$

BUT, you can get the e5+ for $25 and it out performs the NXT Tour.

 

If you are stuck on Titlesit, go with the Tour for mor spin, the Extreme for less spin.

If your such a Tigerfan why don't you try a Nike ball they have plenty of crappy balls they would love to sell you (just kidding). Bridgestone E5+ is best in class for that level ball
