Garcia is the best in my opinion. He wears classic designs, but isn't scared to use bright colors. For the non pro golfer to wear JL you have to bring game. I'd feel like a ****** to wear clothes that bring attention to myself and play badly. It's like saying, "look at me I suck." I'm not that bad of a golfer but I couldn't pull that look off.

Well, I personally like to dress lets say BRIGHT.

 

I like Ian Poulter, Freddy Jacobson, Adam Scott, Luke Donald always looks good..... Sergio, classic style modern colours, Tiger of course.

 

So for me it doesn't necessarily have to be the same extravagant clothing style that I like myself, BUT

 

the one fashion mistake I just don't understand:

 

Who buys all those short sleeved polos for those (mostly American) players. I have rarely seen a guy with a properly sized shirt. :cheesy:

 

SHORT SLEEVES ARE NOT MEANT TO END AT THE ELBOW, these guys are wearing two-men-tents. :birthday:

 

That is what I like about the J.Lindeberg shirts, aside from the great design, the cut! with short sleeves being SHORT sleeves. The problem is you still need to be able to buy the right size. :cheesy:

 

Other than that I am pretty puzzled to read the name of Duffy Waldorff, I mean yes these shirts are not really common taste but he has established his style, whether one likes it or not, but what about those awful shirts with the hokey flag, and the blue sky and the statue of liberty and so on...... :wub:

 

Couple of guys wearing these shirts, Scott Hoch is the first one to come to my mind. Sometimes I wonder whether legal measures can be taken against this public nuisance :D :)

 

Yes I am exaggerating of course, patriotism is cool :cheesy: :birthday: , but these shirts are neither funny ;) , nor beautiful :blink: , nor delivering a great message ;) they are just ugly, plain ugly!!! (cool)

Luke Donald, DLIII, Garcia, and Tiger are the best dressed. The worst are the one's who wear the tight pants. I like to call them cheap hotel pants, they don't have any ball room.

 

Worst dress would have to be Rosales, Duffy and the Stadlers.

Best: Jennifer Rosales- hit or miss, Bally Golf is sweet, so are the Oakleys and sweat bands

Camilo Villegas- rockin bod and very stylish; JL is very cool for guys but you gotta work it to pull it off.

Worst: Ian Poulter on the European Tour dresses like an absolute gimp. I was at the final day of the british open at Troon 2 years ago and he was wearing something totally stupid. People were shouting stuff at him like "where did you get those trousers?" and "cover your eyes it's Poulter!" and wolf whistling at him. It was quite sad because he actually though people were congratulating him on his fashion choice but in actual fact people really thought he looked like a *****.

I would have to say that the best dressed usually comes from a Johan Lindeberg player like Camilo Villegas or Jesper Parnivek ( but Hank looks like a total loser in JL stuff)..maybe thats cuz he is. Also Shigeki M. and Adam Scott both know how to dree. Finally, the Payne Stewart look with the knickers is (was) the best of all!!

When thinking about the worst dressed I would have to agree that Duffy Waldorf is amoung the front runners along with woody austin, briny baird, & Kirk Triplet!

Classic look: Davis Love III,Tiger Woods(when nike doesnt put him in something new and weird)

Updated classic look: Adam Scott

Modern: JL guys, Camillo, Jacobsen; Darren Clarke,

 

and you cant forget.... Gary Player, Payne Stewart(without the NFL contract)

 

I personally like Davis Love III's look the best then come Adam Scott and then JL

Seriously, you can look at this from two point of views. One theory is that short pants for men where all over he runways it spring-summer collections for 2006. In this case, it's aplied to golf. My other theory, the one that is the most logical to me (however, you can take logical out of the equation with Johan Lindeberg), is that they cut the pants short because Jesper is the spokesperson for the JL shoes. Shorter pants means you see the whole shoe and the JL logo on top. That would be logical because the other JL guys wearing other brands of shoes are still wearing regular inseams (even thought I have only seen Villegas this year, haven't seen Badds, Freddie(makes his debut next week at FBR) or Hank yet).

 

So to stay on topic, what other have said : Best: Jacoboson, Scott, Hank, Villegas, Poulter, James Heath, Nick Dougherty

I also think that J Lindeburg is good in moderation I do hate the wristbands though.

 

I saw Jesper Parnevik wearing a ridiclous outfit he was wearing grey capris, a pink polo shirt with extremely short sleves and a navy blue tie, with a sweater vest.

Ijust found out from my lindeberg contacts that these pants are the new 2006 cut for Lindeberg......unfortunately!

 

I love Lindeberg, and my clothing generally stands out on the Golfcourse, but these Pants won't find the way into my wardrobe, wouldn't even wear them for money...
