The Construction of a Golfbag 2009

Well..it's a new season (almost), so new sticks are in order.

Here's the game plan:

I'm going to update this thread as new shipments come in and also as I ship stuff out (SC Custom Shop, Reshafting, etc). If you check my sig, the darker colored items have been ordered, or have been received. The lighter colored items have yet to be ordered due to lack of funds (I need to find a job, STAT).

The reason some things have been crossed off, but not shown is because I left my bag in my locker at the course and am not able to get it out. That's also why you'll probably be seeing AP-1s (my dad's) in the bag. I also might have to throw in an old driver of mine for indoor range sessions.

Shag wouldn't be that bad with soft spikes, just use a leaf blower to clean up the grass clippings.

Yeah..Scotty Cameron has slots on his covers for ball mark tools. It's definately convenient.

I wish I were lying...but I just looked into that. The colors they have are just hideous though. Kind of like the cart? haha

light tan shag carpet with white fake leather seats. My friends called it the pimp mobile-I think our grand dads would have gotten along famously!

and i like the clubs -- especially the irons -- always had a love for titleist blades -- even with how much i do like my taylor mades i still miss the looks of titleist

The bag I got is from 2007, I believe. I was eyeballing it for ages when it first came out and never pulled the trigger. This year I was originally looking at the '09 all-white Japan..then I saw this and couldnt pass on it again.

 

Plus it was cheaper, so it's a win-win situation :)

I hadn't updated in a quite some time, so this post will contain a play-by-play of last week.

 

04.02.2009 -- Como!Come! Democrat putter cover arrives. Regular sized blue Iomic putter grip also shows up. Also, I put some AP1s in the bag to use at some indoor range sessions. Winter needs to end.

 

04.03.2009 -- I got my Callaway umbrella!

 

04.06.2009 -- I received my white/black adidas 360 LTDs today. Also, I got the Fastback ready to be shipped to Scotty's Custom Shop on the 6th.
