Bridgestone Treosoft

Anyone try it?

Wondering if anyone has tried the Bridgestone Treosoft? How does it compare to the Warbird or one of the Noodles? Don't know my handicap but on easy courses I score around 108. So I am looking for a soft, low spin ball.

I tried a trial 2 ball sleeve and liked it enough that I will buy more. I suspect it has more spin than you want. Distance was good, it stopped well on approach shot and held up well. I'm no ball expert, but would compare it to maybe a Nike PD soft. Would like input from others that have tried it.

seems good, I tried it today and had long, predictable drives and good approach spin and feel bit I could not putt for the life of me. 2 and 3 putts everywhere and I gave up a chance for eagle by 4 putting from 40 feet for bogey!

I used one a few weeks ago for a few holes. My friend wanted me to try it. I thought it was a decent ball with a good soft feel.

How does the TreoSoft compare in spin with other balls like the NXT Tour etc.

I am currently doing some experimenting with this ball and ofund it to be a very good ball, especially for the price.

Compared to the 2 balls you listed I consider it a much softer ball that does produce more feel and spin.

I've used the Treosoft two different rounds and all I can say is, "Wow." It's replacing my beloved Winter ball, the E6+.

I find it just a tad firmer than the E6+, but not unpleasantly hard, still soft. It has a lower, more boring flight than the E6+. For me, the E6+ launches very high. I love the distance off the irons and tee, the straight, low trajectory, and it spins enough for me on the wet greens here in the NW.

FYI...

I asked Precept/Bridgestone: Other than labeling/cosmetics, what are the differences

between the Precept Distance iQ 180 and the Bridgestone Treosoft?

They replied: The TreoSoft has a softer cover and softer core. This will allow you to

see longer distances off the tee and have more feel around the green.

Regardless of Bridgestone's response, I think that the Precept Distance IQ 180 and the Treosoft are the same ball; the Distance IQ isn't being produced any longer. So, they get a few extra bucks for the same ball under the Bridgestone name. I like the ball a lot but switched from it to the Srixon AD333 -- almost as long, just as soft if not softer, much more spin around the greens and far more durable. Plus, I liked the way the AD333 rolls on putts.
