Placed in order 1-1/2 weeks ago, anyone heard from him?

Placed an order 1-1/2 weeks ago for 2 wedges, place through the website and after placing it said they would send a invoice via google checkout. I havn't heard anything since, has any one talked to or heard from him?

I ordered one Tuesday.. Sent another e-mail Thursday, and got an e-mail back and invoice from Carl yesterday. Might want to try e-mailing him again. I noticed before yesterday he hadn't been on the forums since 10/23 (haven't checked since then), so I assumed he was very busy.

It's the company cell/work number so no big deal.

 

I just got off the phone with Carl.....he said all recent invoices were sent out. Per Carl, OP might want to check his junk mail folder as email filters may send them there as it has happened in the past. If you still have a problem, go ahead and call him. Just remember...Hawaii Time Zone....currently 3 hours behind California...otherwise you'll get the voicemail. ;)

All good, Thanks JamieJamster for the the #. I called and he had the order right there, don't know what happened to the invoice but we got it all straight. Very easy to deal with.

I'm not positive but they usually are sent out as soon as he completes building them for the player. The numbers posted above if you want to call him. Wednesday is his day off/golf day so he may/may not answer the phone today. ;)

A few hours after I post my question.. I get a shipping confirmation.. :clapping:

 

I just wasn't sure what the whole process was, i.e., does he wait until after the order to build each one, and how long that took. Doesn't matter now though. It's on it's way!
