LM numbers

Wanted to get some feedback on my numbers today.

 

I have always been a high spin player and looking for ways to lower it. I currently play a D3 9.5 with a stiff tipped 1/2 in f6m2. After a session with the luanch monitor at the PGA superstore today, here what the averages were:

 

SS 105

launch 14

spin 3500

SM 1.5

 

 

So the question is how do I lower the spin? The f6m2 is a low spin shaft and the D3 head is suppose to be a low spin head. Am I missing something. Are the Oziks not that low of a spin head? or maybe the D3 is not low spin.

The question is why do you want to lower the spin? And what does it relate to in your ball flight in reality?

If you are happy with your current ball flight and distance, then the LM numbers are immaterial.

Lots of time and money can be wasted chasing the "ideal" launch monitor numbers. There is no substitute for seeing what the ball actuallly does. If you can translate that into your LM results, then you may see what, if anything, is missing. $0.02

Most likely the head. It wasn't that low spin for me.

Check your angle of attack. If it is negative, that is why your spin is high. Try to hit the ball on the upswing.

Trackman says you lie. AoA is irrelevant in hitting driver in terms of spin. AoA is completely relevant in terms of LA. Spin is a function of BS and loft, and is directly proportionate to both.
