Where are all the RSA golfers on Golfwrx?

Come on, there must be some golfers living in South Africa on Golfwrx! Tell us about golf in your beautiful country.

There will be a lot of new Wrx'ers from the RSA around here soon, because MyGolfBuddy is opening up there early in January, and a high percentage of MGB members eventually join Golfwrx after they follow a link on the site and see what a great site Golfwrx is...

I was recently in RSA, and i can tell you the courses out there are unbelievable.

A must go to destination for any golfer!!!!!

Hi, I am just next door in Mozambique. We get over the border to play every now and then. Mainly in Mpumalanga, Nelspruit, White River, Malalane, Komati etc or into Swazi to play Royal Swazi or Nkonyeni.

There could hopefully be some SA'FERS coming across to WRX, from quite an active (but small) local golf forum (hence we requested the SA Chapter). Or at the very least start dual posting in both, until things get up to speed.

Yup, here we are! Although, I do not live in South Africa any more, but still play most of my golf there.

Which courses in SA did you guys play that were so great? My personal views: most of what we have can be found in other countries too, except the Bushveld courses. Leopard Creek, Elements, Euphoria, Zebula, etc. I think those are special and unique, a true African golfing experience. A trip to SA for golf should try to incorporate some of those.

Born and raised in Cape Town, now living in Las Vegas. Miss SA like crazy. Flight home booked for Feb 4th 2011. Will be there for 2 weeks. I plan on playing a lot of golf. My new favorite track in CT is King David. What a great track (yes I know location is not the best). Will be playing Humewood and East London on this trip. Probably throw in Pezula and George into the mix. Can't wait.

They better be...the SA Open is going to be held there in less than a month !!

I have some very nice pictures of the opening holes of DCC (not mine, I have in fact not played there yet), which I will post for other's benefit and interest (as soon as I work out how.)

Eish those greens are going to need some serious help if they want to hold a SA Open there... the fringes were SHOCKING as well... fairways are amazing tho

Hey Guys,

Been on here for a while now and only cam across the Saffer page today(My bad), I Stay in the east of Joburg, anyone here close by?

I love this site, and it has changed my love for the game from Love to pure obsession haha, Im mean changing ferrules, buying clubs from the states, all because of this site, I absolutely love it!
