Quick question regarding certain situations

1. I hit the ball and it lands on the fairway. My playing partner hits his shot and the ball lands right next to mine (Almost touching but barely). Do we mark the spot of one ball so that one player can play first?

2. I hit the ball and it lands on the fairway. My playing partner hits his shot and lands right on top of my ball and both balls bounce off left and right. What do we do?

3. I hit the ball and it lands on the green. My playing partner his hit shot and hits my ball before I could reach the green to mark the ball. Both balls bounce off left and right. What do we do?

4. I hit the ball and it lands in the bunker. Like situation #1 my playing partner's ball lands right next to my ball. What do we do?

5. Same situation as #3 but my playing partner hits my ball and his ball goes into the hole. What is this?

All the above situations happened before and I wanted to find out if they happen again. Tks.

1. Yes

2. Your ball is replaced as near as possible to it's original position, your partners is played as it lies i.e. where it has come to rest.

3. Same as 2

4. As scenario 1

5. Replace your ball. Try not to throw your partners ball too hard at him - he's just holed out.

Thanks for your answers. Just to extend a bit more.

1. For #1's case. Lets say my playing partner puts a small coin or whatever to mark his spot. I swing and his coin flies off with the divot I just made. What happens here? Does he place his ball on the divot? (Lets assume that he did place it say one putter head away and so just happened that the edge of the divot took the coin with it as well)

4. For #4's case. Same as #1. The coin comes out of the sand with my bunker shot. What next?

5. I replace my ball closest to my original spot or at the spot after the ball has moved?

20-3b. Lie of Ball to Be Placed or Replaced Altered

If the original lie of a ball to be placed or replaced has been altered:

(i) except in a hazard, the ball must be placed in the nearest lie most similar to the original lie that is not more than one club-length from the original lie, not nearer the hole and not in a hazard;

(ii) in a water hazard, the ball must be placed in accordance with Clause(i) above, except that the ball must be placed in the water hazard;

(iii) in a bunker, the original lie must be re-created as nearly as possible and the ball must be placed in that lie.
