Mitchell's "Classic" set-up

Updated the bag as noted below and went back to the classic stuff that has worked the best for me with a new toy in the driver that really fits me extremely well (thanks to Justin/mesmorize)

 

Driver- Adams Speedline Classic 10.5* w/ Blueboard 73s tipped appropriately. Measures at 44.5", swingweight of D3.5 after hotmelt, tour velvet 58 round logo under(same throughout the bag). Club gives the high,flat trajectory that I was looking for and is easily workable- really the best driver I have ever played or tried and that is saying quite a bit!

 

Fairway- Taylormade 200 tour 17* (the infamous Duffy head)- with Fuji 869s tipped additional 1/2". D4 swingweight. Simply one of the best- can vary trajectory with ease and eliminated need to carry two fairway clubs. I truly despise large fairways and this just inspires confidence from virtually any lie or off the tee.

 

Irons- 2-pw of Titleist 962bs (although usually just carry 3-pw, have been known to put this two iron or my stingerator- Founders 200 series in play depending on the course) w/ original rifle 6.2 shafts, D4 swingweight due to custom order and no weight plugs of any kind in heads. No juiced lofts or offset for me, thanks! These are just no-nonsense great irons that perform just as I want.

 

Wedges- Custom raw 2006 vokeys, 54* M grind and 60* V grind w/ s400 and D5 swing weight-have a few sets of these and they do everything I want in a wedge, was lucky enough to get fitted for these grinds and haven't changed since.

 

Putter- CT laguna w/ welded santa fe neck and tungsten sole weights- again, was lucky to get and it works wonderfully, don't forsee a change.

I love the putter... is it custom or did you purchase it that way? (with the inserts and alternate neck etc...)

Just really have never been comfortable with hybrids and asked great long iron player long time ago why I was struggling w/ mine and he said " 'cause you never practice hitting em" it stuck!

Cracking bag to mix up a top of the line new driver, classic fairway wood, classic irons that have a cult following and lob in the extra special Vokeys and Scotty.

All the elements in one bag. Big thumbs up!
