What type of launch do you get with your 3 wood? I am currently looking at the same model, but with the milling in the back instead of the front. I primarily use my 3 wood off of the tee and thus, need a mini-driver.

I ALWAYS am going back and forth between my 9015's (that's right, plural ) and my 9032. What are you seeing - liking / disliking between the 2 different heads?

For me, when I am on, I like the 9015 because it does go a bit further when hit dead nuts center, however, when I am off a bit, the 9032 seems to be the better of the two. I would say over the course of 18 holes, I am on average, tighter dispersion with the 9032, average distance close, probably 9032, but that 2 or 3 drives a round that just go a mile off the 9015.

I get a nice flat trajectory with it, but it is bent open a degree and a half as well as having a very firm tip shaft in it, so that helps to drop spin and keep the ball down.

It is the best hybrid that I have tried, it hits like a long iron and gives me the same control as my old two iron.

I have always been a fan of the Del Mar shape and was using a Rossa TP Maranello at the end of last season. The finish is a little odd for me to look at currently, but the putter has a great feel and rolls the ball very well.

I don't really have any dislikes between the two, just have a much lighter shaft in the 9015 for days that I feel like going with a mid 60 gram rather than the mid 80 gram range in the HD8.

How are the HD shafts? I have been looking at getting a lower launching/spinning shaft for my driver. Also, how does the Black Tie play? Did you ever play the normal Altus, and if you did, what difference was between the two?

The HD shafts are very solid, consistent and provide a nice flight on the ball, some of the easiest to control shafts that I have used. I noticed that the Black Tie Altus drops the launch about a degree or so on a normal swing, but that could also be the club head (Pro Black versus PNT2 with the standard Altus).

The finish is holding up very well for a set of black clubs, minimal wear on the sole, not scratches or anything. The faces of the more used irons are getting a little scratched from sand and dirt between the club and ball, I've been playing them for half of the last season, so I am pretty impressed so far.
