[size="4"]I have just got hold of two Yururi Gekku Raw wedges , 49 and 53, with KBS black shafts. Good looking and great feel, versatile wedges. Loving them already, may like some more!!

but first I might have to investigate those nice white Dragon grips now I have seen this thread!!! Thanks guys :)

I have since added the 57 to the 49 and 53. I still think they are the best wedges I have played but was never 100% sure about bunker play, despite the 57 having a reported 12 degree bounce.
So I have picked up a second hand Yururi KM-0107 sand wedge for £50 to use out of the bunkers.

Will let you know the results!

I have about a week in with the 49 and 53 Yururi Raw Gekku wedges. Let me start off by saying all my irons are bent 2* strong, so I play off of a 44* pw. My old wedges were Cleveland 588 gunmetals in 47 & 51 and an old becu eye2 57 and for whatever reason I was carrying the 47 130, which was too close to my i5 pw at 135. I was also flying the 51 about 115, which was a little longer than I was looking for. I suspect it was because they were at stock shaft length and all of my other clubs are 1/4 to 1/2" short.

The new wedge setup is Yururi Raw Gekku in 49 and 53 and Eye2 XG in 61. The distance gaps are much better at 120 on the 49, 105 on the 53 and 85 on the 61. Those are full swing distances, which are nice, but we all know the value of a wedge is in chips and pitches around the green. These Yururi's are by far the softest wedges I've ever used. Not only that, as others have mentioned, the leading edge on these is extremely sharp...in fact they are so sharp that before I played a couple rounds with them, I thought if I pressed my finger hard enough on the edge, I could cut myself. It has dulled a little bit, but the way that edge rips through rough and fairway grass is pretty impressive. I feel like I can pick the ball pretty cleanly out of any lie. Also there has been some mention on how sharp the grooves are and how these wedges rip golf balls apart. I can attest to that. I had a few full swing shots where there was a giant gash in the ball afterwards. I am sure it will get better over time, but when they are brand new, they do a number on balls.

I love the low bounce and I feel like I am able to open or close the club face and play any variety of shots with these. I absolutely love them, so much so I am going to sell the 2 Miruas I intended to use in their place. My only complaint is that the metal and black finish gets scratched up and wears easily, but I guess that is to be expected from a raw wedge. My only regret is that I waited so long to pull the trigger on these!

Excellent report! Your comments mirror my own opinions of these wedges. Outstanding feel and you can pick the ball off any lie with the bounce/sole grind.

I really regret selling mine. The only reason I sold was the leading edge every once in a while would dig on me. However, I have modified my wedge swing over the last year (after watching Phil's DVD series), and I think I would not have any issues with them now. Even if I did, I would just have the leading edge dulled a bit and voila, problem would be solved.

I love the raw look. I prefered the it without rust, so I simply sprayed and wiped them down every couple months with marine "fogging oil" (intended to be sprayed on boat parts) and the rust wiped right off.

Enjoy them!

I just had mine delivered after a 3 day wait (Friday..Customs) had to unwrap them!!! and now off to pro stix to get built. Wish I had a fitter that wasn't a backyard mechanic, lol, but in these parts you just gotta send 'em somewhere....excited to the nth degree. Gorgeous heads, love the raw look... I'm giddy as a schoolgirl...my bad!

[size="4"]The KM-0107 SW has arrived and is a beauty, milled face, nice heavy head and is in the bag already.
I really don't think the Gekkus are bunker clubs so I have had the 57 bent a couple of degree to make it a lob wedge and the SW is 55.
Now lucky enough to have 4 Yururi wedges in the bag , 49, 53, 55SW, 58.

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
