2010 bag - tons of pics

Supertri, 710, Button back...

Here is my new set up, hope you all enjoy the pics. I had alot of fun piecing this set up together.

10.5 Supertri 1.5* open - Tour head purchased from willpeoples, 70 Illima stiff from J Kwok, set up perfectly of course. JDM TM headcover and trying out an Iomic X Evolution with it.

R7 TP 13*(tourspoon) & 17.5* - I just love these heads, I snatched newer ones up and had them shafted with Illima's as well....70 in the tourspoon and an 80 in the 5 wood. Topped with Dance with the Dragon covers and Iomic stickies.

PNT vs 2 22* - Set up and build by "memorize". Justin built me this hybrid with a Fubuki hybrid shaft, Iomic sticky grip, Rocket Tour skinny for protection.

AP1 4 iron - 5.5 Project X nonflighted and a sticky. What can I say, I need the forgiveness here and I have no regrets after using it a few times.

AP2 5-PW - 5.5 Project X nonflighted and Iomic stickies. Solid and just right for my game...had teh first version as well with the same shafts/grips. Titliest irons ordered from GPPgolf, a sponsor here and great people to deal with.

CG15 - 52 and 58* - The 58 with a bit more bounce as this is my main sand trap club. No nonsense, get the job done with good grinds and grooves, plus look pretty cool with the black pearl finish.

Scotty Cameron Newport Button Back - Custom shopped and 34"/360, dark green translucent fill and site dot. I am using a NOS Nylon Cameron cover....they are durable and I really don't like the brown steerhide look in the bag.

Ogio Grom - Same bag as last year, I like the pinstripe.

Pure - I love this head, and will most likely have several shafts and heads to play with. I recal you use X stiffs or I would offer to exchange some of the shafts with ya for trial. The BB is nice, soft but maintenance free which I need lol.

Those R7s are great from my experience. I am debating about replacing my 906f4 with a TP to match the 5 but I just can't let it go. How does the Supertri play? I have been looking for a new setup to run and haven't had any luck yet.

Great bag! I have AP2's as well and toyed around with adding an AP1 4iron...in the end I went Hybrid. I also love the button back, how does the insert compare? The headcovers look great too!

So how is the ilima 70 stiff? I am putting the 70 stiff in my a 9016D.

Can you compare it to any other shaft? Its replacing a Fuji Zcom TW 64.

Thanks for all the nice comments fellas, I played this bag today and am pretty proud of it. I am glad I went with a more forgiving 4 iron and back to older model fairway woods I know I get along with.

Thanks! This is the first hybrid in a while for me, so I really can't compare to anything besides my retail Pro Gold/Altus. The Fubuki is waay tighter, feels that way anyway. As for the head, I am not sure if mezmorize set it up this way or not but this thing is not klinky at all, it gives a soft but solid thud kinda like a hotmelted driver. I prefer the rounded sole for ease of use. Ball will not go left for me - not even close, the head sets up just a bit open though. First few swings I put on it I was holding off the release expecting more of the same from previous experience (hooky)..well, I was missing my target to the right, and it was a huge releif. Great head, I only hope they will be around one day if I try to get a diff loft.

That site has some great stuff on it. I have been waiting to find someone who has purchased from them to see what the service is like for international orders. Some of the english translation is not great, so i'm a little apprehensive about orders being completed accurately. How was your experience?

Wanted to say shipping ws about 30 bucks, you'll get the gear in a week. Great site, totally legit stuff. They have an ebay ID as well, can't remember what the name is now but if I recall they charged more on there.

EDIT: these are '09 covers and they may not make them like this for '10 so snatch ne up if you want. I beleive the '10 have changed designs.

That isn't half bad from Japan. Do you know if it was flat or was it weight dependent? Some of those Japanese only shoes really tempt me but they are ridiculously priced imo. Thanks for the info.
