problem with inserting image

Ive created a video because i think it will be more helpfull than me trying to describe it. It doesnt let me paste the IMG tag in the IMG URL box. it will paste onto the post box. Im on the latest version of Mac OS 10.6.2 and Safari 4.0.4. view the video to see what i mean, let me know if you cant see it, thanks!

When I click on it, it says video is private. We are currently working on the media tags but, you can still embed video code and turn post option html to "on"

I cannot make out browser or version. Here is an example of embed code and set html post option to "on"

When you say "set html post option to "on"" is this done within the embed code, or in the user control panel? I looked through my settings and found no post options regarding html..

It's not about me posting a video, I made that video to describe that it's no letting my post an IMG.
